About the Home:
This three-story villa offer complete privacy and luxury. This modern home was built in 2018. The gourmet kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances, and the living room is a stylish place for gathering your group. You can indulge in the ultimate wellness experience with the private pool, spa and staying in shape is no problem thanks to the treadmill and professional-grade basketball hoop.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The main home has four spacious bedrooms; three with luxurious king-sized beds, and one with a comfy queen-sized bed. All four bedrooms in the main house have a private ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and two of the rooms also have private balconies. Though all four bedrooms are decorated in the same neutral yet upmarket style, the primary suite stands out amongst the bunch. This room was designed for royalty, with massive living quarters and a flat-screen Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom in this room is especially breathtaking, complete with dual sinks, a large soaking tub, and a massive walk-in shower with a waterfall feature.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Sleek white countertops, two massive kitchen islands, and state-of-the-art gadgets set the stage for high-caliber culinary creations or simple snacks for your family with high-end appliances, plenty of counter space, and ample storage. One side of the kitchen features a small lounge area, ideal for keeping the chef company or keeping an eye on the kids in the backyard. The sliding glass wall opens up to the outdoor spaces. For formal dining, head over to the larger table which offers seating for eight. The dining area flows seamlessly into the lounge with a large flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and another glass wall that floods the home with gorgeous natural light.
