Do not rent this property

This manager had issues with a previous renter. We experienced problems upon check in and the backlash of the prior horrible renters issues. Never experienced any VRBO problems. Also never received any discounts for any of the problems including cleaning issues. Property manager tried evicting us for no reason. We eventually came to a mutual agreement but the whole rental was not that experience we usually get from VRBO.

Nice apartment

Great apartment with good location near beach. Pleasant location, Santa Monica downtown near building. Clear area, a lot of interesting cafes and restaurants in this location. Nice place for family vacation
