It was a great, central location and beautiful architecture and style. Definitely worth it for the price, there’s a nice view of the neighborhood and also even the Hollywood sign. There’s parking garages nearby a short walk nearby, but also some street parking if you don’t come back too late.

Pictures are a little deceiving. The building is old and dusty . One of the tenants on the 3rd floor made a comment about the building being a racist place . Parking isn’t the easiest. Wouldn’t recommend.
