Room was clean, bed was neat, had a bad odor like someone had possibly smoked in the room prior, but it was freshly cold in the room felt good due to summer heat.

They have tenants living there who are funded by the state, which is acceptable. However, they treat paying customers the same way. For example, the state requires them to clean the tenants' rooms daily. I was sleeping during the day because I was very tired from a long night at work, but they forced me to leave my room for cleaning, even though my room had hardly been touched. They were very rude about it and dismissive when I reported this to management, suggesting that I should not stay there next time. For the price they charge, they should show more respect to their guests.
