Room was spotless , amenities, refrigerator microwave blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, hand lotion. Staff was nice white towels were impeccable. I stood one night was great. We stood in the handicap room. I can't speak for other rooms close to shopping center.

Booked for a different date completely for April and some how got Jan 28. So pissed I got charged for nothing, nobody at your hotel or Hotels.com could help me!! So I deleted your platforms from my phone and filed a dispute with PayPal. Very, very disappointing customer service absolutely horrible!

Stayed here during the Rose Bowl. Good location with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was budget-friendly and comfortable. Floors could’ve used a better vacuum, but overall a good stay for the price.
