Excellent hotel from the moment you walk in. The lobby is very large and elegant, with two restaurants and two great bars. The rooms are truly luxury and the bathrooms are modern; everything feels new and spotless. Highly recommended.

So convenient for flight out of LAX. The shuttle was great and staff were all lovely. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for LAX flight!

When we checked in, I realized I had reserved the wrong date. I asked if the hotel had a room available. They said yes, and we took it at "rack rate"...$30 more than I had paid at hotels.com (for the next night, inadvertently). I called hotels.com, and was told the Westin would happily cancel the reservation, but would keep my money. I find this egregious. I stayed one night, and paid for that night. The second (mistaken date) night should be refunded.

Don’t arrive late at night

We reserved a king bed room but they were overbooked when we arrived at 9:00pm and we had to take a room with 2 queens It was ok but not what we had reserved
