A very tired property. Rusted vent in shower, way dated countertops, bottom of door worn. Thank goodness for a clean bed. Waited close to an hour for the shuttle. Hair dryer plug broken - waited for a replacement to be delivered. Good sports bar, though.

Everything was amazing about this hotel. The cleanliness, size, convenience and friendly/accommodating staff, not to mention the shuttle service to the airport. Although my stay was very short (only 12 hours) it was well worth it. Highly recommend!!

The Westin was more spacious than I thought it would be with large hallways and bedrooms. I imagine it is mostly used for conferences. Considering the size, I was surprised by the size of the pool and gym. If the hotel were booked, they would be quite busy. I was disappointed that the restaurant was not open and walkable dining options were limited. I ended up ordering from a food delivery service. However, it is a convenient distance from the airport and the shuttle drivers were excellent. I noticed a few stains on the hallway carpets, but nothing in my room.
