We had a great stay and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean the room was. The two-queen room felt more like a small suite, with plenty of space to move around comfortably. The entire hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking was fine overall, and although the front area can fill up, the location felt very safe and convenient, with many shops and restaurants nearby. They are pet-friendly and did not charge anything extra for our dog. There is a $100 refundable deposit (for all guests), and we received it back within 2–3 days after checkout, which was great. For the price, this hotel exceeded expectations. Clean, spacious, family-friendly, and in a great area — I would definitely stay here again.

The room looks clean. The towels had issues. We weren’t asked if we needed a room on the first floor; we kinda had knee issues ourselves. Will be stating that clearly on the specifics next time we book. The key cards had issues. Overall it was good but could be better.

Good stay and in an accessible location to get around by public transportation. Easy check in and room was decently clean however you can hear everything in the hallway and you can hear everything in the rooms as you walk through the hallways. Head of booking here should use that to their discretion otherwise easy peasy place to catch some rest.

This was a good experience for me, even though I made a mistake by not calling this business before I made and paid for a three-week reservation on Expedia. This business and manager only allow two weeks per stay. The employee or manager allowed this extended three-week stay. The rooms were poorly lit, with no light above the small kitchen. My room lacked a working outlet above the small dining table. This was a major inconvenience if you needed to use your laptop for business.
