Daughter and friend trip

I went with my 21 year old daughter and 2 of her friends. We had a great time. The condo was roomy and close to Main Street so the girls could walk when they wanted to go to the bars. I would definitely rent this place again!

Fantastic home and host!

The home is fantastic in a residential area only 2 miles from Cedars Sinai. Bengt was great about working with us around our medical schedule and the needs of our toddler. He was super responsive and easy to communicate with. I loved that the home had AppleTV/DirectTV and my wife loved the kitchen and chef's range. I highly recommend this place if you want to experience SoCal living and we'd definitely stay again. Out toddler loved Halloween in the neighborhood as some of the homes really got into the Halloween spirit.

Great location!

The house was in a great location, near everything we wanted to see and do in the L.A. area! Adorable little bungalow in historic Faircrest Heights. Amazing kitchen! (I want that stove!) Parking a large SUV was a little tricky, but doable. Bengt was super attentive and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!!

Comfortable LA Spanish-Style Home

Spanish-style home that was as pictured, comfortable and well-appointed. The home was centrally located with parking. It was ideally located for navigating through all parts of LA. The rooms, bathroom and kitchen were all generously sized. The best part of this property though was the host Bengt. He responded immediately to all inquiries and was very communicative. I highly recommend this home.

Our 2nd Stay - We Love It!

This is the perfect spot for our family. Our first stay was in 2020 - dropping our first child off at college during a pandemic, I was a nervous wreck and a ball of emotions. Staying at this lovely oasis in the city was just what we needed. Fast forward to 2024 and this stay was for our daughter’s college graduation, no longer nervous but still lots of emotions on this big occasion. It was wonderful to stay again and it was just as I remembered. Beautiful, cozy, peaceful and all the amenities we needed. The owner is amazing! I was baking a cake for one of the grad parties we attended and the owner had a mixer delivered to the house for me to use while staying. He went above and beyond - just wonderful. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Great House & Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was just right with a nice yard. The back yard was very nice and private. It also had squirrels coming to visit us in the back. The neighborhood was very quiet with nicely kept yards. The house had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Perfect family gathering!

This was a central location for friends and family located in West LA, Beverly Hills and Mar Vista. The house was clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and very pleasant for walks. Convenient shopping nearby and easy access to LAX. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Centrally Located Home

Excellent home. Excellent location. Excellent host. We loved staying here in this centrally located home in a quiet neighborhood and it’s close to everything. The home is spacious and was perfect with a spacious kitchen, garden, dining area and cozy bedrooms and modern bathroom. The home has a lovely garden area to enjoy the outdoors. Close to LAX, Beverly Hills, WeHo, The beaches, Hollywood, DTLA, and good highway access to the 405 and 10. Close to UCLA and USC. The home is also close to walkable restaurants nearby. We definitely recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again in LA. Thank you!

Comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom house. Well located in a residential area of LA. Both bedrooms are quite large with lovely linens and a large bathroom. The well stocked kitchen may be the highlight of the house with great appliances and well stocked for convenience. Highly recommended!

Great LA Location!

The property was accurately depicted in the VRBO listing. It is a very nice house, with two ample bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, two living/family rooms, and a pleasant and private backyard. I was working for much of my time there, and appreciated the interior office set-up. Bengt was a terrific host. I would not hesitate to return.

Beautiful Mission-Revival style Gem

A lovely, lovely house, perfect for a family of four, conveniently located from all the LA sites - Hollywood, the beaches, Beverly Hills, etc etc. With a secluded and private garden, a breakfast nook off the kitchen and a stylish lounge, it has everything you'll need and more.
