Great location at the edge of Chinatown in a nicely vintage-appearing hotel. Updated rooms are clean and attractive. Bed is very comfortable and shower is great. Staff was very kindly attentive. You're in the heart of the big city, so get used to street noises, but I found this to be a safe, convenient, clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay. Not elegant or ritzy, but utilitarian and a good value. I'd stay again.

Location is good, it is close to Dodger stadium. I would not recommend walking there. Granted my husband and I are 75 and 79 years old but in good shape. The stadium is straight uphill walking. It's best to drive. The hotel staff, everyone are great. But the hotel needs a major renovation. Yes, it was clean, but it needs to be renovated.
