Everything was good until Sunday morning when the alarm kept going on and off! This was around 10am. No staff came to the rooms saying it was a false alarm. It terrified my 7 year old son and we rushed to pack and leave. There were NO apologizes from the staff that it was a false alarm. I had to ask what happened and they said it was a battery falfunction. Be more professional and go around the hallways saying it's not an emergency. And when checking out, APOLOGIZE for the inconvenience!!!

When you Love them but they don't Love you Back!

I always stay at the REDAC, totally love the homely, hidden gem that this place represents. I love the Asian Culture throughout the decor and food service. Although never rude, I do not like that I feel, at times, like I do not belong when received by Front Guest Service.
