Booked this hotel for two nights. Drove 6 hours and arrived late. The room that was provided was room 311. Stay away from that room! The bedskirts were soiled with white stains, mold in bathtub. When we were ready to sleep turned of the standing lamp and it electrocuted me. It was past midnight and had no energy to go down to front desk. In the morning i notified the front desk and was given a new room. Room 313 this was worse! I had transferred all my stuff and headed out for the day to universal studios. When we returned around 9pm. I inspected the room and the refrigerator had hair and was dirty. The bathroom fan did not work, and tried to take a shower and there was no hot water! Tried to call front desk and the phone cord was loose. Unable to use there phone i called with my cellphone. The front desk sent a maintenance guy and witness all i disclosed. Once again we changed rooms. Now on the fourth floor. This room stinked, like some sort of smoke. The carpet was dirty and after showering tried to turn on heater it was very cold! The heater had a nasty smell which caused the smoke alarm to go off. Right away turned it off in fear. Hardly slept it was freezing! Besides the refrigerator was making a loud banging noise! Overall the experience was horrible! Booked through expedia, there were no help on this matter. Left my number at front desk and 3 days have past. Please stay away from this place! Note this is my first ever review! I hate to complain but its not okay

The hotel was conveniently located to expressway for easy access to different parts of the city. The area is safe. Parking lot is safe, hotel is safe. It is not too far from Citadel Mall, Outlet Mall, Commerce Casino and host of different restaurants and gas stations for convenience. The hotel is 2 star hotel, but the room was clean, spacious with solid hotel bed and great amount of pillows. No bugs, clean rooms. The refrigerator was ice cold, the microwave heated food quickly and the room heat worked and the air. The bathroom was clean. Towels were soft, clean and white. We hit the dollar tree always in a city for disinfectant spray, lysol wipes, spic and span disinfectant to kill germs and wipe things down. There were enough cups in the room. Room was old but decent. We were on the 5th floor, it rained all weekend and even before that Friday. The hotel roof was leaking on our final day. The breakfast was decent. It was cold that weekend, the eggs, potatoes and sausage got cold quick. The hot waffles were the best. The hotel and location is great and safe for anyone looking for a reasonable, clean room w/o desiring high star amenities. Our 2 time staying here. Will safe again for an in and out weekend in LA county.
