- 65" TV with Roku in the living room and 32" TV with Roku in the bedroom.
- Stacked kitchen (pots, pens, silverware, plates, glasses, cups, etc).

- Soap, shampoo, body wash and bath towels in the bathroom.
- A small work table in the bedroom.

- The unit has 2 entrances! (main and back) - both have double doors for extra safety (not that it's very necessary around here).
- If you come with a dog you can walk it on the property grass of the building.

Side note - we have 2 driveways on property for permit holders (you will be provided a permit), however both are first-come first-serve basis. There usually street parking too, which is plentiful.

No smoking property
We have 2 driveways on property for permit holders (you will be provided a permit), however both are first-come first-serve basis. There usually street parking on Cahuenga Blvd in addition to
Friday mornings are Cahuenga Blvd cleaning days, no parking between 8am - 10am.
The living room has a great AC unit for cooling, bedroom has ceiling fan and additional small fan. You may prefer to keep the windows closed at night to help isolate street sounds.
WiFi strength/speed : We use a T-Mobile Home Internet which usually provide up to 200Mbps.
We allow 1 dog and No cats for stays.
Building rules are specific :
all dogs must be leashed when on the glass.
only up to 3 guests in the pool area with the unit guest present only.
There are no interior cameras in the unit.
The host will greet and provide the keys.
Trash days are Thursdays.
Nil Mail/package deliveries to the address.
We have gardeners coming to work once a week on Wednesdays usually between 3p-4:30pm.
