-Must checkout by 10am. Late checkout not possible due to high season -No need to reset beds -Turn off all lights and used appliances -Leave used towels in laundry area
-pickup board games and leave in basket -Return key for digital keypad back on front door lockbox (if used) -Make sure to lock all front doors -Close the back gate after fully exiting
-Return front door key + remote to lockbox at back gate -Take a picture of the keys + remote in lockbox after checkout and text to me to confirm the time of your checkout
