Open concept kitchen and living room with smart TV and high speed internet. Kitchen is spacious, fully equipped with cookware and appliances, with plenty of counter space, including an island and bar seating. Indoor laundry for convenience. Third bedroom located in the back of the house converted into a work space/study is furnished with a smart desk and a comfy couch. The private outside deck area with outdoor furniture and hanging lights can be accessed through the study or the side of the house. Plenty of natural light and breeze flowing throughout the home.
