The home is located on a busy street in the East Hollywood neighborhood of LA and blocks away to the 101 Freeway. (Please note you will hear street noise if you leave the window/doors open.)

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA . We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. We require valid photo IDs of all guests
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS: 12 ONLY (including infants or children)
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions. Extra Guest Fees Apply after 10 guests.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 7 am. No Outdoor Music during this time. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.
NO SMOKING $100 fine Smoking Indoors
Upon Check-Out you agree to pay for any damages or extra Cleaning Fees if home is trashed due to illegal parties, trash not picked up in the bedrooms or outdoor spaces.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
If you brought a dog, please be sure to pick up after your dog around the outdoor spaces. We will charge for Extra Cleaning if this is not done.
Turn off all TV, AC’s and appliances.
All windows and balcony doors must be shut and locked.
Close and lock driveway gate. ** Please lock gate each time you leave – you will need to turn the key around and lock it from inside the gate.
Return keys back in the lockbox code "4983". There’s a $75 fine for any lost keys not returned.
