Lovely remodeled single story house with unique style and WI-FI. Master bedroom with King size bed has a French door leads to an expansive/beautiful backyard with 4-holes golf putting. Other three bedrooms also offer king beds, two that feature a desk. Spacious living room (with one sofa/futon bed, 66"x37"), kitchen and dinning/office areas. Large covered patio with outdoor dinning and gym activities. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping malls. A quick 3-minute drive to the FWY. Great for family vacations, work, or long stays. Our home is close to parks, hiking trials, golf club, and the beach is only a 25 min ride through the canyon to Malibu.


Great curb appeal with palm trees, drought resistant turf grass, stone, and stamp concrete. Inside the house it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, together with new wood like flooring. This single story house has been recently remodeled with many new features.
