I was given a room for a person who isdisabled. The bed was close to the floor, horrible room. It was obvious that I was not disabled. I tried to call down to get the room changed and the went straight to an 800 number. Finally, got the valet staff to call the ftont desk. Never answeed the phone. Had to drag my luggage downstairs to get a room change. No apologies were issued. Staff is lazy. Valent staff was great. Also, the hotel does not sit right on the pier or beach, pictures very deceiving. Beach area a good 2 miles.

Not exactly a beach—it’s a marina. Room service ok but there should be more food options—it feels meager for a large chain hotel, and it should be 24 hours! Staff friendly. Excellent housekeeping service and staff.

Hotel was clean. Dining choices were limited. My reservation rate included free parking and internet but when I went to check out there was a $57 charge for parking. Fortunately I had my reservation documentation and the charge was removed. The staff was professional and plesant.
