I typically do not rate places, however, renter beware. Unfortunately, there were too many things wrong with this place to list. So disappointing. We never had access to the pool or the gym the entire time we were there. We were locked out and could not get a hold of the owner or a property manager we had to call VRBO to reach out to them. The carpet was dirty and chairs were broken and missing. It was not a fully stocked kitchen at all. We asked for replacement items so we could at least have enough dishes to use and some chairs and what was sent to us arrived the next day and didn’t arrive on time at all and everything was dirty with stains.

The place was amazing! So clean and comfy. The host was great and helped us very late the night before check in. The place was also super close to Magic Mountain, very convenient.

The instructions to access the condo were confusing. The place was not well appointed. More seating, coffee table, dressers and/or luggage racks would have improved our comfort. We also lacked towels and washcloths. Several highlighted features were broken such as the blow dryer, one patio chair, the blinds in the seconds bedroom and the bathroom sink drained very slow.

The host was very accommodating. I needed to add a day at the beginning of my trip and he was able to do so. We had a couple of things we needed the hosts assistance with and he responded promptly. The location is perfect for spendings days at magic mountain, its so close! But if your group wants to split up there is plenty of shopping in the immediate vicinity . The beds were comfortable and the floor plan is great. We will return.

This was a nice and very accommodating VRBO. The only issue was the outlets in the bathroom did not work for hairdryer and curling iron. The stay itself was definitely nice, rooms well maintained, comfortable and clean. Would stay here again.

Very close to Magic Mountain and food/shopping areas. Great for a family as there were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which is hard to find. Very comfortable accommodations.
