Good location, close to Santa Monica and Venice Beach. The room is clean, looks new, and is well-priced. The only issue is that the door lock doesn’t seem very secure, but overall it’s a good stay.

Room service cleanup was consistent and the room amenities were fair. However, during my stay, my room and several other rooms were flooded over night by sewage water coming through the bathroom drain. The entire room had a pool of sewage water along with the garage. I was able to switch rooms free of charge, however the damage was done to my belongings on the floor. The front desk also denied any liability when I damaged my car due to the building's infrastructure not following clearance regulations.

The drain didn’t work in the tub and there are no lotions (be aware). Very bare bones but does the job. Parking is narrow to get to and it’s underground. They charge for parking.

Staff was great, room was good too and we were close to everywhere we needed to go. Loved that they have gated underground parking too. I’d definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean, smelled great and felt brand new. The staff was great at cleaning and replacing toiletries. Front desk staff was nice. Underground parking was easy. Would come back again!
