The family studio had a good amount of space and a kitchen that was very nice to cook in. The view from the 10th floor was beautiful. Be aware that there are few alternatives to the on-site parking, which is relatively expensive. Also, no onsite staff means that little issues like missing lightbulbs in lamps cannot be fixed. The building also seemed to not have enough hot water for warm showers by late morning.

I really thought I was going to like Kasa based on the reviews we read beforehand, but my stay was nothing short of a disappointment. The toilet was clogged — with a family of four, you can imagine how unacceptable that was. When we reported it, we were told to use the gym facilities instead. There were no extra sheets provided for the sofa bed we needed to use, and the kitchen lacked very basic cooking items. For example, there was no baking tray, which made the oven mostly unusable. Overall, the stay fell WAYYY below expectations and basic accommodation standard. his place felt like it used to be good, but is now either badly administered, heading toward bankruptcy, or possibly both. That said, the one in-room staff was amazing, Vincent in particular from security, super was helpful and professional, and deserves recognition.

Building was nice. Parking access is a little tricky, but once you figure it out, it's OK. There was no coffeemaker in the room - just a tea kettle. They did provide coffee pods, but only two for a five-night stay. Ended up having to go buy instant coffee for the week. They only provided two towels with no way to get more - again for two people staying five nights. The shower was terrible. Very low water pressure is bad enough, worse was the fact that the water control lever was loose and would not stay in the desired position, so the water was either scalding hot or ice cold. There was no in-between. I would not recommend this place or stay here again.

Very spacious room with beautiful view of the pity and Hollywood sign in mountains. Room was clean, staff were helpful, having laundry was a great help. Close to Hollywood blvd. Shout out to Vincent ( security) who was always smiling and friendly and made my stay feel safe. This is my second stay here o er Thanksgiving, and Will be back next year!

The studio was clean and very nice overall. The view was great and the location was ideal for us. The check in process was also super smooth and we felt like home away from home. I would highly recommend staying at Kasa, I will 100% book again in the future.

This place is clean and feels safe. For the price it is hard to beat! If you need a safe clean space (not fancy or entertaining) it’s perfect. TV has streaming channels. It’s comfortable. The kitchenette is good. Thank you.

I can’t express enough how wonderful my stay was. Kasa Sunset was the perfect loft experience, by far the best place I’ve stayed in LA for work. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, from parking to check-in, and it truly felt like having my own little apartment. The space was beautifully designed, comfortable, and functional. I loved every minute of my one-night stay, so much so that I’ve already booked another visit next week. Thank you to the team at Kasa Sunset! I’m really looking forward to staying again and hopefully snagging a room on the 11th or 12th floor!
