Retro Row is a 5-minute walk north, a small business district celebrating independence and diversity, filled with vintage boutiques and kitschy wares. If you’re up for a day trip, the famed city of Los Angeles is less than 30 miles north. If you prefer to stay closer to home, pack up your blankets and a picnic lunch and head on down to the sandy shores to enjoy a full day in the endless California sun.
