It was our first time staying at this cozy and beautiful gem, with the nice Fuego restaurant and a patio overlooking the Queen Mary and all of downtown Long Beach. Rooms are clean , cozy, with all the necessary toiletries available. However, I was disappointed by the daily parking rate of $45. This felt misleading, as the room pricing is advertised as affordable, yet parking information is not clearly disclosed and is difficult to find, even in the fine print. More transparency around parking fees would greatly improve the overall experience.

Room was nice! But the tv didn’t work right and room service came in at 8:45 am on a Saturday. We also had to pay 45 for parking, why? I already paid 150 for the room. Ridiculous.

Customer service overall was subpar. We were celebrating my birthday and my husband called ahead for champagne upon arrival. He had to call several times because they were not helpful. We were promised an upgraded room that we dint receive and there was just a warm bottle of champagne waiting for us. The walls are very thin. We could hear literally everything happening in the other rooms. Additionally, the pics online make it look nicer than it is. It’s a good spot to stay one night to get to a cruise but not for an actual stay. One positive is that all the food service staff was very kind and did a fantastic job taking care of us. The food was very good as well.

The hotel was a ghost town. Black mold on the corners of the room, bathroom and behind furniture along with spider webs hanging from light fixtures. Surfaces were dirty, room had a musty smell. Dishes from neighbors were left outside on top of a trash can and stayed there all day. Staff wasn’t very attentive to pretty much anything happening around the hotel, overall the environment was not as depicted on pictures of online. It was quite misleading and was a let down.
