Nice room views and location. Parking was overpriced at 45 a day. I was discriminated against by off hours staff. Front desk clerk gave me a hard time during check in. She had my ID which has my birthdate on it. Never told me happy birthday even though the clerk had my ID for an extended period of time. Makes me feel as though she was ID’ing me for fraud and not for identification. For the price and the treatment I received. I’m not coming back.

Room in pretty rough shape. Floor is bubbling. Terrible water pressure. The bed was fine. The restaurant is ridiculous and sadly you don’t have much choice. I mean they did give me a bottle of water so there is that But generally this place needs a lot of help; you would do better staying downtown

Stayed at this hotel because it was close to the cruise port. Hotel itself is very nice, clean and on the water, however, the price for food and beverages from the bar are extremely high. (Which I guess is expected based on location. $200 price tag for 8 shots, whoa!) Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Nice hotel a little run down, but was told renovations will be taking place. One thing we didn’t like was the lack of lighting in the room. We found it dark and had to use our phone light to search for stuff inside bags. Gorgeous views at breakfast.
