$8 bottled water in the room with a tiny sticker indicating the price but totally unnoticed until it was too late. $45 PER NIGHT IN ADDED FEES NOT INDICATED WHEN RESERVATION WAS MADE. There is absolutely no self parking at this hotel. NONE. Although the Valet team was very friendly, helpful and i tipped them well - the fact that you can’t access your car or park any where near the hotel without getting ticketed or towed is just bad. Fees PER NIGHT ADDED TO YOUR NIGHTLY RATE were $31 for Valet, $11.85 for LA Hotel Workers Comp, LA Valet Parking tax fee $3.10. The Breakfast spread exceeded our expectations & their 24 hour coffee station had good coffee. Security was good and our keys worked for every door and every time

Great hotel for long stays

Very nice room for family of four with a newborn and a three year old. Kitchen was great for morning coffee’s and bottle washing. Lots of room in full size fridge and plenty of room for kids to play and sleep. For a brand new hotel we were a little taken back by some things that were broken, like the bathroom slider door being off the track, I do maintenance for a living so I got it fixed so my wife could get the door open. There was also a mattress cover as a comforter which was still a blanket I guess, but we also are not picky. The valet parking can throw you off a bit if you don’t want to pay extra on top of your stay. The drivers were awesome and we always had our car writhing minutes. They do tell you about it but it really should be included in the stay per night price. They very sneakily tell you about it in my opinion, again not an huge deal breaker just a surprise if you don’t read all the fine print. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I would and will be staying here again.

We evacuated here during the fires and they could not have been more terrific. They were incredibly accommodating, efficient, friendly, and helpful. From the first night, waiting in a huge valet line in hurricane gusty winds, valet staff were working hard, quick, and efficient with great attitudes. Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was a king studio and was comfortable enough. Nothing special, but clean with a functioning kitchenette. Didn’t love the carpet, but that’s such a minor complaint. Housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were very accommodating and flexible and allowed us to extend our stay on a daily basis and cancel morning of when we decided it was safe to return home. They managed everything beautifully and would definitely evacuate here again!
