The property was clean and the staff was nice. Having to pay $31 plus tax for mandatory valet parking, is absolutely ridiculous. I was not aware of the valet parking until I had already booked. A waste of money.

Didn’t appreciate the mandatory valet fee of $35 but otherwise hotel was clean with easy check in. Breakfast was meh. Washer and dryer machines available for laundry. Two queen suite was roomy. Good value

Unfortunately the indoor pool isn't heating right now, and it was one of the reasons we booked this place! The breakfast for this hotel level is also absolutely subpar, no hot food offered. What kind of breakfast is this? Absolutely not acceptable

We’ve stayed here a number of times. We enjoy the spacious, comfortable rooms and appreciate the convenience of having a kitchenette. This visit was a little disappointing. Front desk had a hard time processing our check-in. The clerk seemed a little perplexed over the process. Breakfast was not up to usual standard. Offerings were a little meager compared to previous visits. We will be returning in September, so we’ll see how it goes.

Hilton Home2Suites management unresponsive

Bad smells in one of our multiple rooms, pool heater out and frigid, firm alarm test at 7 AM (when it was planned for 10 AM). Discussed with front desk and eventually a manager, but poorly handled by them. There is a sign saying "let us make it right or the night's on us". Well, they didn't make it right and offered no "night on us."

The bathroom in the suite had an intense urine odor from first entering the room until checkout; the breakfast was not great but other than that the stay was very pleasant large suite with a separate bedroom televisions in living space and bedroom hotel is kept super clean and the staff is polite and friendly
