The house was exactly what was represented on the VRBO site. It was very well stocked, easy to access and in a very nice neighborhood. The host was responsive and provided clear and precise directions. The house is very clean, although some of the woodwork and walls could be cleaned or painted. (Just a little tired). We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

The home is in a comfortable, older neighborhood loaded with charm. A short walk to most anything that you would want to enjoy your stay. You'll be a regular at Blackbird Cafe before you know it! We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again next year.

Stylish & Spacious, Comfortable and Affordable!!

19 miles from Lax , 21 miles from Disneyland and walking distance form one of the hippest Speak Easy Bars that I have been to "The Exhibition Room"- Location is only one of the many amazing features of booking this adorable 2 bedroom spacious house. The decor is contemporary and welcoming and the quaint and quiet neighborhood makes you want to move here. We loved the large beds in each room and the full kitchen as well as the large living room , internet and television fully equipped with Netfilx and Amazon. We can't wait to come back and visit our grandkids again who had plenty of room to play and have fun with us in our "Holiday Home." Eve & Gregg were always quick to respond to any questions that we had, I highly reccomend this vacation rental!!

Great place to stay for a family

Eve and Greg were the perfect hosts for our family of 4. We got their place for my wedding weekend and we couldn't have have asked for more. The check in and check out was easy, the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and more, the place was big enough to accommodate my family comfortably and Eve left a welcome/wedding gift for me which was the nicest gesture. They had fans available for when it was hot and also all other amenities for a perfect long weekend for 4. We were also wowed by the quick responses and communication skills on both of their part. If I ever came back, I wouldn't hesitate 1 bit to stay at Eve and Greg's place again, infact, this place would be on top of my list to check availability. Thanks Eve & Greg for a great time!

Nice quiet location, lovely home

Cute little neighbourhood. Only a short drive to the marina, Pike Outlets and the beach. Short walk to Target and Starbucks. Lovely owners. Very helpful and great at communicating with their guests.
