It's pretty clean hotel. Staff are friendly. However, disappointed on VIP Perks that I got from Expedia. The front desk seems have no knowledge of these following perks and not grant the $ 10 USD food/beverage credit to me. Where is the miss communication here? We stay at Room 210. Around 7-8am in the morning, someone is walking around on the floor above. Very loud foot steps, disappoint it's not soundproof from the floor above. The hotel staffs were not really warmly welcoming when we were checking in. The hotel parking and room amenities are so good and easy oriented. Clean and neat. AC of our room is also perfect.
