There was a birthday party the evening of our check in. Our room was dirextly above the DJ and it was loud. When we contacted the front desk we were assured they would be done in 30 minutes. After that time they still had not closed down so another call prompted a room move. The front desk brought us a key to our new room, on the other end of the building which was great.

Everything was good except The stopper in the sink would not come up so I had dirty water in the sink that I had to take out cup for cup after talking to the head desk person he said somebody will Not being until Saturday morning but nobody ever showed up he offered to put me in a Other different room but it was no big deal but I just wanted to mention it to him plus the people above me I reported were stomp and run mostly the whole night and I guess he did say something and finally stopped

Expedia did absolutely nothing. No confirmation number! Why would you embarrass me like that. They had no idea that I used your service and I couldn’t prove it. The $128 wasn’t recognized and the service personnel made it seem like I was lying. I paid full price of $149. They even said 3rd party transactions are iffy at best. Do better. I’m not happy not because of the money. What if the hotel was fully booked! Add that my integrity was questioned! I’m furious!

This a bit of a hidden gem. I visit the area but stay the night before close to the airport. This is the perfect spot. Easy access to the airport and tucked away from the madness. Redone and very clean and comfortable. Has a bar restaurant as well

The property itself is nice and clean, I had very little interaction with staff, but the few interactions that I did have were pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. The price was right and the accommodations were nice and upscale.

Very clean room. Very comfy room and quiet. 5 stars but my A/C wasn’t working good at all. All fairness I could have called to report but to tired to do that. And the lady at front desk wasn’t inviting or to friendly. Otherwise this my new place to stay when I’m out there.. I give it up to the cleaning people though!!

It a nice place, bed is comfortable quiet clean and very up to date in the rooms. The only thing I didn’t like is the wall air conditioner it’s a newer one and couldn’t feel the air.
