Noisy location!

Breakfast was not great. The room was clean but was so noisy! I was not able to sleep as there was a bar next door. It felt like people was talking to me. There should be some sound proofing! Uncomfortable stay due to night time noise throughout the night. Not great for an IHG chain hotel!

It was my first time to stay in Holiday Inn Express. The property was nice. But the walls are so thin. I can hear the couple next room talking while their child was crying at 10:00pm. It went on for hours that I couldn’t sleep. I had to be at work at 4:30 am. I won’t recommend staying here if you’re a light sleeper.

The staff were all friendly and approachable. The hotel was quiet, so I could sleep at night. I wish the parking lot had a few more spaces, as it gets full and quite tight, but it always seems to work out. I always enjoy my stay.

Parking is a bit tricky, not many spaces available on the main property, you need to go back out on to another street to park, this extra space looks sketchy after 8pm. Window to my second floor room wouldn’t lock properly.
