Scrambled eggs, overcooked, limited fresh fruit, limited dairy, limited bread types. Very limited teas, only black tea available. Parking lot was full the second night, leaving only an EV spot. The first night, a Sunday, no problem finding parking. Door to room was difficult to open, kept jamming, looked like it been forced open at one point and never repaired correctly. Staff often were not at desk to even report ot ask questions, or check out. Room however was very nice and comfort, except for the blinking night on the smoke detector above the bed, which woke me on occasion.

Checking in after 10:00pm - agent was not friendly and did not explain anything! just verified my ID and gave us keys. thought i booked a suite with 2 beds & a couch. didnt any rooms have a small kitchen area? we had 2 queen beds, small fridge & hot water maker...no much of a suite! but it was clean and comfortable so it was okay. breakfast was very satisfactory. checking out at 4:00am agent was very nice, so much better than when we checked in.

Rooms were clean, staff was awesome!! Melissa at front desk was very helpful in my stay, kind, friendly, I want to shout out!!! To the kitchen food was fresh, the area where food was at located very clean they were kind as well, smile that’s very important!!! For people to feel welcome!! This is my second time staying when I visit my family I stay at this place, lots of shopping areas just on the other side of the street pretty much everything!!

We had a great stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and made sure we knew all about the amenities available. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was well put together. My husband loved the 24 hour coffee access. Would definitely stay again.
