Just what I was looking for this trip. This motel/hotel was very clean, had on site parking and very comfortable beds. It was a very reasonable price and just what we needed for an overnight stay between meetings.

The room was fine- had everything we needed. Check in was confusing- there is a kiosk that you talk to & the CSA wasn’t very helpful or friendly.

I had great hopes as the room seemed nicely appointed. But the main reason for staying in a motel or hotel is the ability to get your rest and a good night sleep. While the quality of the space was nice and clean, the mattress was horrible. There was also a lot of street noise and I could hear people in other rooms. None of this was conducive for sleeping. It was my first time with the disembodied to check in where there is somebody in the video screen in a kiosk. There appears to be no staff except for people cleaning rooms.

I stayed here for two nights and everything was great. Clean and modern and a decent price for what you get. Parking is $15/night and there is no front desk person, it's all done by kiosk with a live person on the screen. I overheard someone else checking in and the kiosk person is not necessarily even in the USA but they were pleasant and easy to talk to. It was okay, just different. Convenient location in Glendale and I will probably select it again when I return.
