Terrible. The lack of customer service using a computerized kiosk was shocking for such a low budget hotel. I high end futuristic modern hotel would make sense having such a non personal experience but this just felt cheap and just trying to save a buck for the hotel and not the customer. After check out I wasn’t even able to use the washroom in the lobby or get assistance. I was unable to extend a late check out for just an hour and the house keeper came 5 times during half an hour while I was trying to pack up my child to leave at 11. Very bad experience and surprised it is even approved to be on Expedia.

There is no front counter staff so you have to check in through a little kiosk, which was a little confusing, but once I was checked in, everything was smooth and the room was very nice and although at first, I was skeptical about the deposit being returned. It was returned within 24 hours. I would definitely stay here again.

One bed had dirty sheets, ac started smelling like smoke after a minute of use, room had odd smell and upon arrival, we had to wait for a while because there was nobody at the front desk.
