This gorgeous traditional Southbay Beach guest house is remodeled with a jacuzzi in the backyard. All new hardwood floors, one bedroom, and the living room has a new pull-out memory foam bed couch, and always has a beautiful ocean breeze. Walk 5 minutes to the beach and bring your pooch with the fully enclosed front and back yards. Great beach and walk to downtown. I will consider all reservations so could you message me?
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Very convenient to my office. If any issues arose, the property manager solved them in a heart beat. Making for a very enjoyable/hassle-free stay!

Do NOT Stay Here!

This property severely misrepresents itself in the listing photos & description. The main photo shows the front house, but guests stay in a back alley unit. There was no granite desk area as shown in photos, all bikes had rusted chains, & the hot tub was partially filled & lukewarm.The most significant issue was the bed, which was so old & bowed in the middle, causing severe back pain that made it impossible to stay. As this was a work trip, I had no choice but to find & pay for alternative accommodation for the remaining 6 nights (essentially paying 2x for my California stay). When I reported this to the host @10A after the 1st night, she suggested I "sleep on the couch" for the remaining 6 nights. Despite her initial promise of a refund for the unused nights, she later refused to return 830 of it, stating she "lives off this money."I continue to contact the host daily through VRBO requesting my rightful refund. It's UNCONSCIONABLE that anyone would knowingly rent a property w/such an unsuitable bed & then refuse to refund a guest who couldn't physically stay there. Both VRBO & the host (who operates under 2 different names) have been unresponsive to resolution attempts.This property is a house of mirrors, as the host's misrepresentation of amenities, unprofessional behavior, & willingness to "take my money & run" created an extremely disappointing & costly experience. Be aware legitimate concerns may be met with indifference & financial loss.

Super location in El Segundo

Carrie is a super host. We rented her big unit in front before. But was not available this time, so rented back unit. Check-in information came early. Cleaning was excellent. Small unit, but had everything we needed. Down the street on Grant or Main, there are super places to eat. We even checked out by 11 and rolled suitcases downhill 2 blocks to great breakfast/lunch spot Good Stuff. Uber had easy pick up from there to airport, 15 minutes to LaX. Will rent again.

Comfy casita!

Super comfortable, convenient guest house! Very quiet neighborhood. Nice outdoor area, comfy bed and couch. Great kitchen for preparing meals. I highly recommend it!
