Disliked: Cleanliness
Our stay did not match the listing. We were moved between multiple units, including an initial building that did not match the photos or quality advertised. Later, building security informed us that we could not use the pool and other amenities despite them being listed. The repeated relocations and loss of amenities made the stay stressful, especially with children. We contacted Vrbo but did not receive support. Future guests should confirm unit assignment and amenity access before booking.
