Staff was super helpful and kind. Room had a little smell, like it’s been vacant for a few days and within 5 minutes lobby sent someone to spray some air freshener on the carpet and it was all sorted. So overall super happy

The staff was courteous. The shower’s water spread across 3/4 of the bathroom floor. The toilet paper holder was missing a part to hold the to. There was nothing in the bathroom to put your clean clothes and towel on when you take a shower. The free breakfast had a nice variety of everything had been filled up. Half of food was empty. Very disappointed in the conditions of the bathroom and the buffet breakfast.

The property is showing its age. The furniture and dim look needs to be refreshed. The rooms were clean yet, the curtains were falling off the edges and did not fully close. The towels were hard and not fluffy. The sheets were clean and the room and bathroom were very clean. The shower was odd. You had to step up to the shower which made the distance to the shower head very tight. Lastly, we had a miscommunication with the shuttle driver and the hotel when we asked to be picked up from the Airport. We waited nearly one hour.
