Google says it’s a 4 star hotel but this property doesn’t even deserve one . - Hotel shuttle : waited almost two hours at the airport . I called them three times and they kept telling me it will be pretty soon . All hotel shuttles picking up people except for Double tree . Even motel 6 Shuttle run a few times every hour . - Room : they cheated on the bathroom and I ended up cleaning it . I went to the front desk to get some Clorox wipes and do it myself . - I wanted to use the coffee maker in the room. That little thing has not been cleaning in a while . Nasty . - I paid more than $200 for a night just to come clean this room. This property is NASTY and this definitely doesn’t align with Hilton standards . I am also a Hilton honors member and even have the Amex Hilton honors credit card and this property really SUCKS. For $200 a night you would expect decent service , that’s not the case here .

Overall, the property was fine. However, the age of the property was readily apparent. Whether it was the tattered window treatments or the broken lamp shade, the place was in need of a facelift. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the rate of the room mated what was received.
