After more than 20 hours of travelling, I waited an additional hour for the bus to pick me up, only to realise that it was never coming. I was later told that passengers are required to call in order to be collected; however, this information was not clearly communicated, and it was impossible to find a working phone number. The number listed on the website only redirected me to an automated system, which was extremely frustrating and provided no real assistance.
As a result, I had no option but to take an Uber at my own expense. To make matters worse, when I tried to get help from staff, they were not supportive or accommodating because the credit card used for the booking was not under the same name, despite the situation being clearly beyond my control.
Overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially after such a long journey, and I believe this situation could have been handled with much better communication and customer service.
