The property is an extremely private and standalone duplex unit sited in a premier north Monrovia neighborhood. The property consists of thoughtfully designed amenities and natural accents throughout. Enjoy the pet friendly amenities for a comfortable stay with your furry friends. The house is close to everything you will néed for a fulfilling trip including hiking trails, parks, downtown Myrtle, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theatre, library, freeway, and metro train station.

Take our complimentary bikes out for the a stroll through the neighborhood or explore downtown Myrtle!

Guests are responsible for their pets and any damage they cause to the property or personal property.
Our team is looking forward to hosting you. We kindly ask that you and other guests abide by the following:

1. No Parking In The Drive Unless To Unload For A Short Period
2. Absolutely no parties or other disruption will be tolerated as this is a quiet neighborhood and the lot is shared with a front house.
3. Please throw garbage and recyclables in the proper bins
4. Please windows and doors when leaving the house and set A/C to 78 degrees
5. ZERO TOLERANCE for anyone that SMOKES IN THE HOUSE
6. Please smoke off the property
7. Please Respect any other guests and neighbors and please notify Justin if there is someone disrupting your quiet enjoyment.
8. Familiarize yourself with the street sweeping signs.
9. $150 non-refundable pet fee if pets are on the property
