We did not get to stay at place we rented because of double booking. Host was great to show up and put us in another larger unit but it was so sparsely furnished and decorated it was a very cold feeling place.

Our stay at Berena's apartment was fantastic. The apartment was lovely, but what truly made the experience memorable was our host, Berena. She was extremely accommodating and her communication was prompt and clear from start to finish. We appreciate her professionalism. We would not hesitate to stay at another one of her properties in the future, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area."

Cannot Thank Host Enough

The accommodation was everything I needed for my stay. It's located in an excellent neighborhood in Santa Clarita/Valencia, with numerous shops and restaurants within a 10-minute drive. The accommodation was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay.The host was attentive to all of my questions and responded quickly whenever I messaged them.

Great place to stay in a great neighborhood!

Overall our stay was great! there were not any instructions or maps inside the apartment - which was okay, the host was extremely responsive when there was a miscommunication about our parking. We also got out check out instructions after we had already left haha, so hopefully we did everything correctly. But like I said, overall it was a great place!
