Everything was great. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast buffet and coffee were good. The have an ice machine and a filtered water machine on every floor (it maybe I just got lucky...there was mine on my floor) right next to elevators (I actually LOVE this! Easy to find and I could fill my water bottle whenever I wanted rather than buying plastic water bottles and/or having to search for the ice machine). I would definitely stay again!

From the start, the woman at the front desk, destiny, was super friendly and helpful! Also our room was quiet, so it was easy to sleep there. In the morning the breakfast staff was very welcoming and helpful. The experience was very welcoming, highly recommend just a bit of street noise from the freeway, so maybe bring earplugs.

Great room and service! Plusses: Spotless bedding, nice room with working AC, good decor. Free coffee pucks. Bathroom well equipped with soap, shampoo, etc. Reception staff were alert and helpful. Close by to shopping center. Nitpicks: Parking was extra on top of the Expedia charge. Room door had too little clearance so had to be pushed hard to be closed. Shower was clean overall but there could have been a bit more attention to detail. Sink faucet should jut out more.

Room was decent, clean and comfortable. Only real gripe was the parking, I must have missed the no parking in the description. Parking was $25 a night and I parked on the street the second night of my stay. I looked out of room window and saw the parking lot about 10% full. Not sure why the parking charge at these room prices. I would not stay again because of this.

With a delayed flight, we arrived at 2 am and were exhausted. We had a requested a non smoking room. The room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke, it was unbearable. The window had been left open by staff to alleviate the smell. The only option offered was to stay in the room with a 50% refund. We checked out after 4 hrs and went to another hotel. The night time desk clerk tried to help but she had limited authority.

Over priced for breakfast - you might as well go to a breakfast spot near the hotel and spend less and have better options /drinks at the bar was overpriced as well might as well find a local restaurant or a bar near the hotel again overpriced
