The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the shuttle service which was unreliable. The driver skipped our stop and drove us all the way back to the airport and then finally stopped at our hotel. He seemed distracted

Everything was great. Only thing is shuttle service is extremely packed plan and ahead in case you may have to wait for another one to come around. We had too wait for a second one and they could only accommodate two passengers at our hotel

I had a 18 hour stopover in LA with weird times. The hotel was absolutely amazing letting me check in early for no fee and the entire process was great. I was able to get a good 6 hours sleep it was so quiet and comfortable. Would stay here over and over. Good walk from the airport too, nice after a long flight.

Machine noice from the room and the up floor one. The heating machine can be controlled in my room but can’t in other rooms. Personally I don’t like the business approach with hidden prices. When I booked the room, I was not aware if the ordinance fee.
