The room was really big and very clean and worked fabulous for our family of 5. The staff was extremely friendly. The free breakfast was excellent and had a lot of options and was prefect for our family. They do offer onsite parking however you double park and leave your keys with the front desk. The pool was really small and the neighborhood was a little sketchy. Overall we would definitely recommend and stay here again!!!

The stay here was decent it is close to universal studios. The lighting in the room is very poor. The pullout bed from the couch was wornout and did not have much support. They do have their own parking for the building, however they charge $19 a night for parking keep that in mind when you book here.

The day I arrived I found a very good customer service and staff were very friendly and warm, I stayed 2 nights, first nigh was ok, lot of kids and noises coming from above was a bit loud, but normal. The last night was a bad experience, while we were out for dinner, we came to our room to a flooded bathroom, toilet overflowed with clean water, so I called front desk for maintenance to take care of the problem, but to my surprise the clerk just drop off a plunger and towel, no words, nock on the door and voila there it was a plunger left in front of the door with towels. I end up taking care of the back up toilet pumping it down to force the toilet to drain. I became a plumber on my last night in this hotel.

We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was good. We loved the waffles and unlimited bacon. The staff was very helpful and nice. And we had the best tacos and burritos at a taco stand nearby.

Comfortable Stay, But Parking Can Be Inconvenient

Considering that it is an inn, the price, cleanliness, and location are very good. It was disappointing that, although the entrance area is designated as non-smoking, no one was enforcing it. The parking space is limited, so double parking is required, and it is inconvenient that you must leave your car key if you are blocking another car. If all parking spaces are reserved, you will not be able to park, so it is necessary to book in advance. The breakfast is not outstanding, but since free breakfast is rare, it is a decent offering.

Walls are super thin can hear the other tenants. It was a fast and last min stay. More the property needs updating. Staff was amazing! We check in at night the man help us was awesome I wish I got his name. Allision is amazing! Thank you!

Honestly, all the staff -- from the receptionists to the folks preparing the breakfast -- all were so friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend this comfort inn again. Also walking distance to the grocery store which is across the hotel. 🙂

Good hotel but not great for tourists

Room was very clean and service was great. Bed was fine. Walls seemed thin. Breakfast offering was good. I can see parking being difficult with tandem setup. Area is not the best with a lot of homeless and few restaurants nearby. It was easy to get onto freeways.

Wonderful staff, lovely rooms

The front desk clerk was so friendly and took time to listen. The manager greeted us at check in. In the morning, we went down to the included breakfast. There was a very rude guest who used the serving tongs for both the sausage and the eggs, then laughed when I said something about cross contamination because my child is allergic to eggs. Hotel staff was amazing. As soon as I told them what happened, they made an additional portion and let me daughter get hers before they put it out for others.
