The area was great. Quiet and spacious. The host responsiveness was good. good locationI’m not sure about the reviews left as our experience was completely different. The front and back windows were so dirty you could not see out. The floors looked liked they hadn’t been swept in weeks. We found a Cheeto, peanut and dirt all over the floors. Spider webs all over the outside. The stairs were extremely dirty. A couple of tables had layers of dirt on them. I’m a really clean person so this was uncomfortable and unacceptable. The water heater could only accommodate 2 people back to back for a slower. If a 3rd person tries to shower it will be and was cold. Also the house cleaner lives in the back and that was not disclosed, so we did not use the backyard and there is no window covering in the kitchen so you can see right in from the back.

This home is spacious and comfortable, lots of nice amenities, just a short waymo ride to the places we needed to be. Easy communication with the host, who made us feel very welcome. One special touch I loved: pots of poinsettias on the front porch to set the mood for the season.

Perfect location for USC game! Area was safe and quiet. Owners were not overbearing and supplied what was needed during our stay. We needed 5 beds, and this place was perfect. We will definitely reserve this place again for future games .

Great oasis in LA

Stayed at this spot as part of a family trip/vacation. Close proximity to our family that lives in LA, plus close to the beach, restaurants and pretty much everything in LA. Home is very nice, well furnished, clean and maintained. Fully equipped kitchen, TVs, WiFi, and the linen were all great making for a terrific dtay

A great house

Raymond is the best. He made everything so easy, and his home is so well done. Very clean, new remodel. I can stay how much we enjoyed staying there. It has a great little back yard where we grilled every night. It felt like home away from home.I hope to stay there any time I am in LA. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Worth 5 stars in every category.

Unexpectedly Big House

As soon as we entered the house, it felt more than a typical hotel room – exceptionally roomy and filled with natural light. You'll find every amenity thoughtfully provided. Our entire stay was not just comfortable, but truly feels like a home away from home.Raymond (host) made sure we got everything we needed from the confirmation of our booking, to check-in and check-out.Highly recommended!

I’m so glad I booked this property, the master bedroom was amazing including the restrooms which have a modern style. The neighborhood was great and quiet. The grocery store including other stores is a block away! Overall the house was spacious and perfect for what we needed, I would definitely book again!
