Tucked behind 10-14 ft gates, this 2000 sq/ft retreat offers the perfect blend of privacy and luxury living. The home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dedicated workspace, complemented by spa-like amenities including a steam sauna, reverse osmosis showers, alkaline drinking water system, 1000 sq/ft rooftop, 2500 sq/ft yard & 2 car tandem parking.

PARTIES & GATHERINGS:
Maximum occupancy is 4 people. Any gathering exceeding limit of 6 people is considered a party and is strictly prohibited.
Loud music and large gatherings are not permitted.

CLEANING:
Rate includes two professional cleanings: a mid-stay refresh and post-checkout deep clean, ensuring pristine conditions throughout your stay.

PRODUCTIONS & FILMING
All production activities require:
- Owner's production & event rental agreement
- Additional insurance certificate in owner's name
- Production fee: $100/hour or $1000/day (12-hour day, including load in/out)
- Site representative (included in full-day rate)
- Maximum crew size: 15 people
- Hair/makeup station available upon request
- Note: Photos throughout the house are owner's artwork (we're in the production business)

PETS:
Only certified assistance animals permitted
$400 fee required prior to check-in

COVID SAFETY & CLEANING PROTOCOLS:
We prioritize your health and safety with CDC & WHO-recommended practices:
Professional cleaning crew uses enhanced sanitization procedures
All high-touch surfaces disinfected with 80% alcohol
4-hour minimum between guests for proper ventilation
Staff wear masks and gloves during cleaning

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:
To help protect our cleaning staff:
- Leave bathroom and kitchen windows open
- leave towels to dry
