Unfortunately, this hotel was very disappointing. The lighting in the room was horrible — it was so dark that I couldn’t even do my makeup. The bathroom counter was extremely small, leaving almost no space for personal items.
There was also no privacy in the room. I would not recommend this hotel for families or for two couples. You cannot shower or get dressed in private. I had to take my kids out of the room so my husband could shower and get dressed in private, which was very inconvenient.
Housekeeping was another major issue. Our room was never cleaned. I did not leave a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. The following morning, I requested housekeeping and even saw two housekeeping staff in the hallway near my room. The front desk said they added me to the list, but the room was still never serviced. I’ve never experienced having to request basic housekeeping at a hotel.
I also paid extra for the included breakfast, which was extremely basic and not worth the additional cost. The options were limited to eggs, toast, oatmeal, and fruit. There was no bacon or sausage, no waffles, and overall it felt very generic for how much extra it cost.
Overall, the lack of privacy, poor lighting, lack of housekeeping, and disappointing breakfast made this stay frustrating. I would not stay here again.
