The staff were amazing and so kind. The pool was silly small, more like an unheated hot tub. The gym was great but the one peloton bike computer didn’t work.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were limited. Access to hot items was very awkward as you could hit your head on the glass overhang as you shouldered your way underneath to serve yourself. Basic orange pekoe &/or English breakfast tea not available. No oatmeal.

This was a convenient location for what we needed to do (business and pleasure) in LA. The rooftop pool area was small but very nice. We had it to ourselves at sunset! Great food options walkable and a very friendly staff. And, I cannot overstate this, my children LOVED the Robot Ace, who delivered them snacks from the hotel’s market.
