I've been staying at this hotel for 10 years now. It's the only one I will stay at in Los Algodones. It's had major renovations and keeps getting better every year. There are dentist and optometrist, directly across the street. The hotel has a great restaurant and Margarita bar. The menu has a good variety and the prices are way beyond reasonable. There is a big pool and lounge area in the courtyard. There's a bakery with the best donuts, coffee and Frappuccino's. And it stays open all day. If you need a ride, the front desk will get you on your way. It's very clean and inviting.

I stayed here for 4 nights while getting dental work done in Los Algodones. Super convenient and close to Dental Solutuons. My biggest issues…it really could be cleaner. I CHECKED. A little attention to detail can go a long way. The restaurant really made it worth it for me. Easy and affordable…and was decent. The staff was super nice and the coffee shop in the lobby was also super easy and the donuts DIVINE. Bottom line I was there for dental work like everyone else. So if you’re recovering and laying around in your room….please let it be clean.

We can’t say enough about the staff, they all have amazing personalities. Very accommodating, enjoyable place. We ended up booking extra days here. We drove home, and came back 2 days later staying for a few more nights. Parking, is a challenge. BE patient as it works out. If you get freaked with driving in Mexico, then perhaps you shouldn’t be driving. Observation; when you’re barely able to park you need not be driving. Another cautionary experience, all the adult children say Thankfully the staff here is responsive.

I have been going to this hotel for several years and I wouldn't even consider going to a different Hotel. The staff is always ready willing and able to help you with anything you need. The breakfast is $5 and lovely food.

A very simple a basic hotel experience, I was well taken care of, the coffeeshop bakery made for good start to the day, and the bar was great for the later evening. Most of the guest were there for the same reason so a strong sense of camaraderie exists.

Decent enough place on the MX side.

One of the better hotels on the MX side of the boarder. Clean and neat, typically small, parking is sub-optimal. Restaurant on site is pretty good, small. Room is quirky, bathroom is small, needs a modicum of TLC. No shelf in the shower, soap tray in need of repair. Towels ok, only 1 washcloth, needs new shower head. Hot water was good. Would probably stay there again.

Terrible stay here, room was not as described. We paid extra for an executive room with desk, there was no desk it was a sofa table. Room we got was the cheap room on the photos. I complained to the front desk, lady was unhelpful and unfriendly. She said there were no other rooms and when I asked for a manager she said he wasn’t available til Later in the day. Room was dirty with stains on the bedding. Neighbour kept smoking outside our room and leaving his cigarette butts outside our door. Food in the restaurant was not good. Next time I would stay elsewhere and either choose another hotel or stay on the US side of the border
