Good value for money.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room very comfortable, plenty of room if 4 sleeping. The only problem is that there appeared to be come maintenance required to upkeep the hotel/apartment block, broken paving stones, etc., possible trip hazard. But overall good value for money.

Great apartments

Very spacious and comfortable apartments. Short drive from Santiago de la Ribera where there's a fantastic sailing school (Los Arcos) and quiet beach with pedaloes. Lovely pool with aqugym and activities for children throughout the day. Second time here and this year entertainment much better. Should do cleaning inspections a bit more frequently.

Avoid unless u want to golf & dont mind the smell

This is a sad site. 1 Hotel and apartments on what was due to be a big development that stopped after the money ran out. Because of the the staff are at a minimum and the place has the appearance of a ghost town. Our apartment though initially impressions where good developed sewerage smells every morning. By the 4th day after numerous complaints it became unbearable and they eventually gave it a service. Not walking distance to anything apart from the Golf course. Pool Shut.

Was hard to leave the hotel, very relaxing!

This is a gem of a hotel! Spain has definitely hit tough times and occupancy was very low, but if you feel like a relaxing resort only style vacation by the pool or playing golf, or have a car to drive to surrounding towns, then this is definitely a great choice. I stayed here with my parents so the appartment size was spacious with 2 bedrooms, lounge and separate kitchen. It would really suit a family or guests that want some space to move around. The appartments are new builds so they have a modern feel. Just bear in mind that if you want it serviced for a stay less than 7 days, then you pay extra. We were quite happy to keep it tidy and clear our own rubbish bins. The price is a bargain for the quality of the place. We loved the balcony leading from the lounge area and had the door open at night to enjoy the summer heat. The pool is olympic size and really well maintained so it sparkles each day! Los Alzacares is a low key area and the resort is pretty much on its own away from the main area, but with a car then you can get places quickly. I really recommend the place!

Complejo muy acogedor para las vacaciones

Lugar estupendo para pasar unas vacaciones familiares en la zona del Maar Menor: apartamentos amplios, bien equipados, limpios. Hemos echado de menos con respecto a otros resorts similares el que el complejo no disponga de mås instalaciones comunes: jacuzzi, squash, columpios para niños,.. así como el no disponer de animación nocturna para entretenimiento de los huéspedes que no quieran salir del recinto.En general, bien pero mejorable.

TrÚs bon hotel, piscine trÚs spacieuse avec animations pour les enfants et aquagym pour les grands. 1 seule chose à redire : nous sommes restés 1 semaine et ils n'ont jamais changé les serviettes ! Obligés de réclamer.

Det mesta var bra, bara tillfÀlligt strul

LÀgenheterna Àr frÀscha och moderna, rent och snyggt och inte trÄngt som pÄ vissa hÄll. TyvÀrr funkade inte wifi:n under ett drygt dygn och dÀrmed inte heller telefonen. Inte heller hade vi fÄtt lakan och handdukar för tre, fast vi var tre i bokningen - men detta ordnades med ett samtal i receptionen. Personalen Àr trevlig, poolen Àr okej men inget direkt lekparadis för barn. Lgh har tvÀttmaskin och diskmaskin, men ingen kökshandduk eller diskmedel, sÄ ta med ett par tabletter hemifrÄn. ;) Hotellet ligger en bra bit frÄn sjÀlva centrum men parkering finns utanför gratis pÄ en gata dÀr ingen annan har anledning att stÄ. I juli var det i a f gott om platser.

Litt "spĂžkelsesaktig". Tror vi var omtrent de eneste gjestene. Ok leiligheter med fin pris. Lite tepper i leiligheten, men vi fikk i resepsjonen.

BekvÀmt och bra, men brist pÄ underhÄll

Vi bodde i en 3-rumslÀgenhet pÄ andra vÄningen. LÀgenheten höll mycket hög standard med undantag för ett par saker. Köket hade allt man kunde önska sig, bÄde disk-, tvÀtt- och torkmaskin. Bad- och duschrum var ocksÄ mycket fina. BÀddsoffan i vardagsrummet var sönder, men dÄ vi inte hade nÄgot behov av den sÄ ÄtgÀrdades den heller inte. Den var funktionsduglig som soffa. Den största nackdelen var att det fanns minimalt med stÀdpersonal, vilket fick till följd att vÄr lÀgenhet inte stÀdades under de 7 dagar vi bodde dÀr. Personalen i receptionen sÄg relativt snabbt till att ett par saker som vi pÄtalade ÄtgÀrdades. Restaurangen och baren höll ocksÄ en relativt hög nivÄ och maten vi Ät var kanon. Vi rekommenderar starkt det hÀr hotellet trots brist pÄ stÀdpersonal.
