Located 20 mins from the cities of Montargis and Pithiviers, 45 mins from Fontainebleau, 1 hour from Orléans and 1h30 from Paris, it is ideal for your holidays as a couple or for your business trips. 2 room duplex apartment, with independent entrance. It consists, on the ground floor, of an equipped living room (TV, cable channels, Wi-Fi, extra sofa bed) with fully fitted and equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle , electric stove, fridge freezer, multiple kitchen utensils, washing machine etc...).
On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a 140*190 cm bed, plenty of storage space, a bathroom with bath and toilet.
A private outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
For your comfort, water, electricity, heating and sheets are included in the rental price.
Shops are located 3 km and 8 km away.
The owners live on site and offer other accommodation on site, adjoining the gîte.
