Located in a hamlet near a working farm, this house has a fenced garden, a barbecue, 2 picnic tables, a large lawn and a parking lot for up to 4 cars.

The house has been renovated and well equipped while retaining a rural character.

It is ideally located in the center of the landings of memory (1km from the coast) and allows you to enjoy the medieval atmosphere of the shops and restaurants of Bayeux and Caen.

Nearby activities: bike rental, local shops, horse riding, golf, indoor / outdoor swimming pool, family beaches.

Local markets: Sunday morning in Port en Bessin, Saturday and Wednesday morning in Bayeux.

90 minutes by car from Cherbourg and 45 minutes from Ouistreham, we are in the heart of an attractive region: from Mont Saint Michel in the West to Deauville and Honfleur in the East, as well as Swiss Normandy in the South, it is a fantastic place of discovery for the whole family.

Perfect Normandy experience

We enjoyed the great Normandy home. The perfect location close to everyone wanted to do and see. Easy access to all the sights of Normandy.

Lovely property with plenty of room inside and in the garden.

The property was perfect for us all the amenities we required . Very glad we hired a car from the station though as would have cost a lot in a taxi. Lovely quiet area close to Bayeux centre and surrounding attractions. We ate out so did not use the kitchen apart from the kettle and fridge. The bbq looked good Would recommend had a great week

Wir wollten die Normandie erkunden und suchten ein “echtes “ Objekt, welches Flair verströmt und ausreichend Platz für unsere zwei Teens (16 und 14) bietet. Sehr gut funktionierendes WLAN war wichtig. Eine klarer Empfehlung.

Schönes Haus

Alles war wunderbar und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Lediglich gemütlichere bzw. mehr Gartenmöbel wären wünschenswert.

Ein sehr schönes, geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage.

Das Ferienhaus mit seinen Steinwänden hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es bietet sehr viel Platz und für Selbstversorger ist der kleine Abstellraum sehr geschickt. Wir waren im Winter da und mussten zusätzlich zu den Heizungen den Kaminofen nutzen, um es im Haus schön warm zu haben. Da waren in einer Woche schnell vier Säcke Holz verfeuert. Da man mit dem Auto schnell beim Supermarkt ist, war das jedoch kein Problem. Die Nähe zu Bayeux, zu den Klippen von Longues und dem tollen Strand von Arranche macht das Ferienhaus zu einem schönen Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
