Upon arrival the driveway was not plowed to make for easy entry! Whereas I was stuck in 3 inches of snow my children and I had to push ourselves out. Then have to shovel in order to make an easier entry and exit! Deck also was not shoveled so we could not properly use the deck in the rear of the house. That were the only dislikes but was major issue for my family and me. Host was responsive first night to help with entry code to home since it was never disclosed in the email due to said “overbooked”. Which indicates the house so have been prepared for guest arrival. I asked for snow removal same night i received entry code was told “next day would be possible”. Then when I asked the following about snow removal a late response was it was “no longer possible due to ANOTHER STORM oncoming calling for 2 feet of snow! And they would not be able to complete until afterwards. So I was offered to be snowed in or leave early!” So my family and I packed up in the middle of the morning and left before the storm got heavy! I should be offered a partial refund! House was beautiful nonetheless but the inconvenience was so overwhelming to be on vacation.
