Cozy cottage 3 Blocks to Beach

Reconnect with your family and friends in our cozy cottage near popular restaurants, beautiful beaches, and lots of places to explore! Spend the day outside or hang out in our fenced backyard. Little kids will enjoy playing with the water table or with the playhouse while you relax on the deck. Cook an amazing meal on the grill and gather together around the firepit for smores. If it rains no worries! You have 3 tv's inside the house and classic boardgames to enjoy.

Guest access:
Enjoy the whole house (sleeps 6) and backyard during your stay.

Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping to our property only and abiding by the quiet hours

Other things to note:
There are 4 air conditioning window units, one in each bedroom (x2), one in the kitchen-dining area and 1 in the game/family room. We are now allowing pets.

Door code: unique code assigned and sent via private message.
Front door- To open the door, just enter the number in the electronic pad, the lock will automatically open. Please wait a moment until the lock is completely moved.

To close the door: leaving the house- there is no lock for the lower handle. Please just use the electronic pad. From the outside just close the door and press the lock button on the keypad. (To lock from the inside, just turn the lock).

Garbage and Recycling pick-up: Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Garbage cans are located outside in the backyard at the top of the driveway past the fence in a shed (the black bin is for regular garbage and blue bin is for recyclables). We will have someone taking the bins out to the curb the day before pick-up dates: *garbage on Monday nights for Tuesday pickup and recycling on Wednesday nights for Thursday pickup. They will return the bins to the shed after pickup. If you need additional garbage pickup during your stay, there is an extra day for pickup on Fridays if you take the garbage bin out on Thursday. Please return the bins to the shed after pickup if you do put it out yourself. Please do not put garbage bags out on the curb without the bins and do not put recyclables in bags, only in the blue bin.

Beach Passes: *Day passes are available for sale at the beach entrance: Seven Presidents Oceanfront Park; kids under 18 are free and everyone is free after 4:00 pm.

-Beach towels are wrapped on a basket in the back family/rec room.
In that closet, we have a beverage cooler you can use, a beach umbrella, a picnic blanket that folds into its own bag (blue) and other useful items (helmets, outdoor toys and tools). In the back deck there is a blue wagon (folded) you can use to carry stuff to the beach and two beach chairs. *We ask guests to please bring everything back to the house.

Bicycles: Stored in the black shed at the very end of the backyard. We have 4 adult bikes: 1 large bike, two medium sized ones, a tricycle (folded) and a kids bike. 5 in total. We also have a kids trailer toll hitch (seats two toddlers) that attaches to the large adult bike. An extra beach umbrella and two kids scooters are also stored in this shed.

First floor:
-Washer and Dryer - under the stairs. Laundry detergent provided.
-Half bathroom - 1st door to the right on the hallway, passing the washer and dryer going to the back room (Rec. room) Toiletries available here under the sink and some other items as well.
-Rec. Room - Games and additional TV / Emergency Exit to back deck. (Please keep the door to the deck in this room closed when not using).
-Living room area - Large TV/ Large sofa
-Kitchen and nook - Fully Equipped kitchen:
Large fridge
Full Gas range Stove w oven - (baking pans at the lower oven drawer “warmer”)
Dishwasher - (Dishwasher soap and other detergents are in a labeled basket in the cabinet on top of the kitchen sink for security). When leaving, please load the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and leave it running.
Toaster Oven -turns on by pressing the button and is very quiet. If the red light is on, it is working.
Keurig (coffee maker)

*Trash can in the kitchen is located at the end of the counter. Bags for this can are at the lower cabinet next to the trash can. Paper bags in the kitchen can be used for recyclables or they can be placed in the blue recycling can directly.

Patio / BackYard- at the very end there is a fire pit. Chairs outside can be moved as needed. Additional blue and white chairs on the patio. Please return all chairs stacked in the same location when finished.

2nd Floor:
-Full bathroom - (Essential toiletries provided) Extra towels in the small wood cabinet in front of the toilet. Please do not move the large mirror in the bathroom, it is attached to the wall.
-Coat closet is equipped with hangers.
-Bunk Bedroom - huge closet space can be shared.
-Máster bedroom - has a Keurig for making coffee. It also has a small fridge that can be used. Please leave it empty when leaving.

House Rules:
