Location, location! Experience the best of London (Fulham / Parsons Green) in this double-glassed, non-smoking, top-floor guest room (38 steps up) with private en-suite bathroom. Free street parking from 17:00h to 08:30h for non-polluting cars.

Located in the heart of Fulham, just 11 minutes' walk from both Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway station (Z 2; District line). You’ll have easy access to South Kensington, Covent Garden, Leicester Square within 20–40 minutes by tube. Cafés, restaurants, gyms, and supermarkets are right outside.

Your live-in host, Jana, speaks EN, PT, SP and FR, and is happy to help you explore London. Please note: this guest room is rented only to women. However, Jana’s partner, Emre, may occasionally be present in the home. He travels a lot and rarely comes home. This property accommodates maximum 5 people.

Bedding is provided (sheets, pillows, duvet, etc). Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, books, a patio, 2 bathrooms (one private and one shared), netflix, primevideo, now entertainment, etc.
Access to kitchen, office, & other bedrooms #1, #3, #4, are not included in this room rate. You can watch tv in the tv room (when available). When the tv room is not available we will provide you a tablet instead. For comfort, if you prefer shower instead of bath, use the first floor instead of top floor. The toilet and bathtub at the top floor are private to you. First floor's shower facilities are shared.

Check-in is unavailable between 11PM–6AM (unless pre-agreed). No children under 10 or pets allowed.
No twin bed option available: double bed only. Bath towels are not changed daily, every couple of days or so only. They will be dried on a daily basis.
To make you feel comfortable drinking water is provided, and so is fresh fruit as you arrive for check-in.
The price is per room, not per person. A second person admin fee (included in price) applies.
We provide 1 key per room, unless guest asks for 2 keys in advance.
Inside the house, if you could remove your shoes that would be great.
Post check-out, luggage storage is for up to 12 hours.
