Staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly but unfortunately the room was very lacking. The shower head holder was broken and would flail wildly whenever turned on. At 3am during our second night the fire alarm went off in our room for a single blast with no explanation. The room was also boiling hot despite having the AC on to its lowest temperature. There was a bumpy zipper running all the way through the centre of the mattress making for a quite uncomfortable sleep. It’s absolutely not worth the cost.

It’s getting a bit tired, floor in the apartment wasn’t clean, the shower gel bottles etc don’t pump anymore and need replacing and I got a rude awakening in the morning when the cleaner walked in without knocking.

Plenty of space in my room compared to other London hotels. Uber cars available almost instantly, even at 6 AM. Easy walk to Paddington. Walked to Hilton for breakfast buffet - much better than at Wilde (at the same price). Not many dinner options within a few blocks of hotel. Overall hotel was excellent value for money.

Great spot. The new area, Merchant Square I think it’s called, is really nice. Lounge area in the hotel is well done. Stylish and has snacks and drinks for sale. Quick walk to paddington station and restaurants. Staff was lovely. Room doesn’t offer much for charm, lighting system is a bit weird.

Fantastic Stay and Location

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Wilde Aparthotels, Paddington. The staff were all helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room itself was modern, clean and tidy with all the facilities you would need. Breakfast had a wide selection of items, all fresh and regularly topped up. A big benefit was the parking, which is in an excellent securing parking facility below the hotel, which is easy to access from the main hotel building itself and a big reason why I booked here. The location is also very convenient as very close to Paddington Station as well as Edgware Road underground station, it is also only a 10min walk to reach Hyde Park. Overall excellent and would recommend

Great location, very quiet, loved the black out blinds, apartment had everything we needed. High quality amenities, Modern and comfortable. Right on the canal so enjoyed lovely long walk with lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. V Close to Paddington and Edgware stations. Staff very friendly and helpful, just one small thing in that the room wasn’t ready at 3 but we were given a complimentary drink whilst we waited. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Poor check in process

Unfortunately the rob was great check in process was poorly hand as our room wasn't ready. Instead of telling us that they just made us wait until I asked. As we needed to be somewhere. Staff also didn't ask if we wanted anything whilst we waited.
